The registration for the marathon is obligatory in order to host all the participants in the best possible way.
Please note that gender balance will be mandatory and it is the best if you register with a partner. We may close the registration for single followers at a certain point and we will not let a huge imbalance between leaders and followers happen in order for everyone to enjoy.
However, everyone is welcome no matter the experience since we believe that tango should bring happiness and pleasant feelings to everyone who is in love with this magic. Our marathon is friendly, cozy, warm and caring for all participants.
We offer very affordable early bird prices and we kindly ask you to follow our payment instructions.
Registration opens on 5th of June!
The deadline for payment for SUPER EARLY STAR OFFER is 2 weeks after registration. The offer is limited to 25 full passes (first registered) in the first 72 hours of the opening of the registration.
The EARLY STAR OFFER is available until 1st of September and the payment should be done within one month after registration. If you register in August – the deadline for payment will be 1st of September.
After you make the registration, we will contact you by email in no more than 3 days with further instructions. You can pay to a promoter in your country if there is one, or by bank transfer. Please note that all bank transfer expenses must be paid by the customer. If not, you will have to pay the remaining sum at the registration desk.
If you make a cancellation by 1st of September the full sum will be refunded (we will not cover the bank transfer expenses in case there are any).
If you make a cancellation by 15th of September, 30% of the sum will be withheld for organizational costs.
If you make a cancellation by the 30th of September, 50% of the sum will be withheld for organizational costs.
If you make a cancellation by 10th of October, 70% of the sum will be withheld for organizational costs.
If you make a cancellation after 10th of October, no sum will be refunded.
If the organization cancels the event due to major and unpredictable forces, we will fully refund the paid amount (without the bank transfer expenses) or you can choose to save your contribution for the next event organized by Familija Tangovi Skopje.
